Hi There,
I'm Laurel and this is Fi. We're the mother-daughter duo bringing delicious, Gluten Free (and some Vegan!) sweets into your life. After finding out about my Gluten Allergy, I searched high and low for a gluten free pastry to enjoy. The constant heartbreak of seeing pre-packaged items shipped from a warehouse as the only gluten free option was wearing on me. So, I decided to take matters, or dough in this case, into my own hands. After a bit of trial and error (okay.. quite a bit of trial and error), I was so excited to finally develop recipes that taste as good as they do (if I do say so myself). Nothing makes us happier than seeing the smile on your face after you eat one of our treats. Whether it is one of our cookies, muffins or other mouth watering delights, Gluten Free doesn't mean flavor free - trust us! Thanks so much for being here and for your support.

Sofia (Fi)
I am eight years old. We have a bakery in our house so everyone should get cookies and muffins from us. I like to sing, dance, and draw while Mama bakes. My favorite colors are dark pink and orange.
Laurel (Me)
Finding out I had a Gluten Allergy was a big change, but luckily, I discovered that a Gluten Free life isn't so bad when enjoying a treat from Fi & Me. I like to bake while Fi sings, dances, and draws. My favorite color is red.

A note on
Allergies
At Fi & Me, we understand that all allergies are incredibly important and we take them very seriously.
As a Cottage Food Operator, our equipment and ingredients are stored separately from household items but are baked in the same kitchen. If you do have a severe nut or dairy allergy, please note the same mixer and baking sheets are used for all recipes. And while everything is deep cleaned after use, cross-contamination is possible, so we prefer to err on the side of caution!
Additionally, some of our providers are not dedicated gluten, dairy and nut free facilities. If you have a specific allergy or would like some information about our ingredients you can send us an email at laurel@fiandmebakingco.com and we will be happy to help you.
Having an allergy shouldn't stop you from enjoying the delicious things in life. We are in this together!
